We have a HOUSE!!

What can I say I am way behind! Like a month or two.

We have been in our house over a month now and can I say LOTS of WORK!

Since we had so much stuff in storage for so long it has taken us awhile to sort through it all. We are close though.

This is the best investment ever if you hate shampoo bottles every where.

What can I say I loved building! Everything about it. Fall Creek did a wonderful job, we get compliments all the time from just random people driving around. We are starting the fence on Friday then come sprinklers ahh then grass!

We had a great time in Utah seeing Meagan and catching up. We thought that we would sneak this in since we are going to be busy MOVING really soon! For those that are on Facebook you already know that we are 5 weeks out! We are so excited. I have only taken pictures with my phone so I will take some tomorrow after they get all of our appliances in.

Wood Floors

I am going to admit I have an obsession with wood floors. I struggled with my decision to go with wood instead of tile but after I saw them in and finished it reminded me again why I LOVE hardwood floors. It was not to bad of a price difference only about 600-800 dollars with us installing it, and that was for top of line handmade hardwood from Birch creek Mill work in Terreton. I would highly recommend them. There hardwood is beautiful and perfect.

It took my dad, Adam and Grandpa 15 hours to lay this floor. I am so grateful that my dad is handy! It saved us 1000.00

Adam and I hand stressed it ourselves using 2 different bolts a chain and a hole punch. I think it gave the floor some good character!
















It does not look this dark. the lighting is kind of hard and it was still wet. It is still pretty dark though.

Our month of February

To start with this sweet little boy. As you can see he is growing up way to fast. He is so much different then Bridger was. Drayson loves to be held, if I could hold him all day he would let me. He loves to cuddle and to be snuggled really close. I can say that this boy is a mommy's boy 100%. When I leave the room he always starts to cry! He has to see our hear me. We just adore him though. Here are a few pictures that I took of him today he is so good for the camera. Good thing because the camera loves him. These are not edited this time. With two I always seem to be short on time.












































Two weeks ago we went bowling with Becca, Brandon and the kids. It was so much fun, they are all starting to get along so well. It is going to make everything so much easier when they get married. OOPS I said it! Brandon and Becca are getting married in May and I am so excited to have an AMAZING sister in law.

Brandon is going to be such a good step dad. It has been really awesome watching him step in and help Becca with her kids. I love them all so much and can't wait until they are officially part of the family.












THE HOUSE

We have a hole and footings. I have never been so excited for something so small.














































They are moving right along. I am loving our builder so much already. I can't wait to see everything start to come together. I have been planning everything for almost 2 years. It is so nice to have the formans direct number so I can call and ask him what is going on.

I have officially almost lost all my baby weight and to where I need to be. Depending on the day I still need to loose 1-2 more lbs. I can thank having strep throat for 2 weeks, dieting and Zumba!

2 Month Appt.

Drayson had his 2 month appointment today and did wonderful. I can't believe how close him and Bridger are in size.

Drayson is 23 3/4 inches tall and 12lbs 3oz

Bridger was 24 inches and 12lbs 6oz

They are both really tall kids. Drayson was in the 70th% for height and 65th% for weight. I can't believe how fast they grow. If we could afford to have a big family I would be all for it. I love these little babies of mine.

More good news! We should have a hole and foundation by next Friday at the latest they said. We have just got to pray that the temperature stays above 20.

Phase 1 of House- Plans

Well here are the final set of plans. This is what our house is going to look like on the outside. We are still looking at a few different options for the trim around the garage and windows. In the back you can see Adams covered porch.























This is the basement that we are hopefully going to finish next winter. We are going to wire it now and then start sheet rocking when it gets cold. I am so excited to have an actual toy room and a bathroom downstairs.


















This is the upstairs. I have been debating whether or not to add some more cupboards in the kitchen and I think I have finally decided to add one at the end it will be 2 ft wide and 8-9 ft tall. So it will add a ton. We are so anxious to be in a house again. It will be almost 2 years since we sold our last house. We are just so grateful for my parents for helping Adam get a job and giving him a push in this direction. He loves his job and the new people he is going to get to work with. His schedule is going to be different all the time, but change is always good.

Updates Finally

We are moving along on our house, no hole yet but getting close. This last week I have been picking all the the colors. That is not a small task, I had to choose granite, tile, hardwood, all the cabinets in the house, style of the cabinets, hardware, stucco, trim rock and many other things. I can't wait to see it all finished.











This week our plans are being finalized by the architect then next week they are off to the state! So hopefully we will have a hole by the second week of February.
