I love these Boys

Drayson and Bridger was playing the other day and I thought it was so dang cute!!

Drayson 4 Months

This sweet little boy turned 4 months on the 2nd. I can't believe how fast time goes. He has been such a blessing in our lives.
Here are his stats
Height-- 24 1/2
Weight --14 lbs 12oz

It sounded pretty big to me until I looked back at what Bridger was he is 3 inches shorter then Bridger. We knew there was going to be a difference but not that big!

Some things about Drayson
-Loves playing with toys
-His eyes follow Bridger where ever he goes
-He rolls, but only when needed
-He still eats every 2-3 hours
-He will smile at anyone. My Young woman call him the smiley baby
-He wakes up 2-3 times on a good night

He has brought so much happiness into our lives. You always think how can I love another kid as much as my first, it just happens. Now I see how fast they grow up so I am cherishing every moment.

3 Months

Where have these last 3 months gone? I can't believe that my baby is three months old today. I love having two. I am not going to lie it is a challenge sometimes but watching the boys start to interact with each other is so worth it. Drayson already loves his brother, whenever Bridger comes in the room Drayson's face instantly lights up. It melts my heart.

Drayson now sleeps from 9:30-3:30 and then from 3:30-7:30.
He also can roll to both of his sides
He is a giggling machine
He has is screaming moments when he is tired or hungry
He is such a happy baby for rest of the time

All I can say is that I am one lucky mama! I LOVE my boys so much. Can I say that Bridger just out of the blue will come up to me and say "mom I love you". He is so tender hearted and so sweet, I adore him. These boys make my job the best ever.

Draysons Blessing 02-06-2011

We had the opportunity to bless Drayson this Sunday. It was such a wonderful day. Adam gave him a really nice blessing. I am so grateful for a husband that wants to live worthy so he can use the priesthood. I am so lucky...........boy do I love that man. I love getting all of our family together for such an important day. I forgot my camera at home so I did not get any family pictures. I just got these ones of the boys. I am lucky to have people in my family that can sew. My sister Candace made Bridgers and my mom made Draysons. I love how they are different but the same colors. These are only a few pictures that I had a chance to get to. I will post more once I get to them.
-Drayson hit another milestone today.............He laughed for the first time. He has an adorable giggle just like Bridger.











































































Bridger in his outfit. Now you can see the boys close. They look alike a little but not a lot. Bridger was 6 weeks when we blessed him and Drayson was 8 weeks.







































Bridger was being a ham and wanted his picture taken. He was giving me some really cute smiles. I can't believe that he will be 3 this year. I am a little excited to take his 3-year old pictures. They should be tons of fun.























That is all that is going on in our lives right now. Adam just started shift work and is trying to get used to his schedule. We love having him home for 4 days. We are still waiting for the building permit for our house, so hopefully we will have a hole in a week or two.

I have started taking Zumba and I love it. Another good note............5 more lbs to lose. That 5 lbs I have been working on for two weeks and it won't budge. Oh well!!

1 month

I can't believe that my baby is already 1 month. He has been such a blessing in our lives already. He is the happiest little baby I have ever seen. You look at him and he will give you and instant smile.
These are a few things that he does
-holds his head up
-smiles when you talk to him
-he still wakes up every 3-4 hours to eat.
-naps good during the day

We are just loving our little family and I am so blessed to have a house full of boys!

Christmas

We had such a great Christmas ! We all got spoiled rotten this year! Adam has a huge surprise for me after we all opened presents.























Bridger got his train set that he has been asking for. He also got the big Woody, Jessie and Buzz. Lots of Thomas the train and Toy story stuff and some clothes.

My cute little boy! He was such a great little guy he got some clothes , blankets, and some new toys.























And now for the Surprise! Adam waited until we were all done opening presents then he gave me a piece a paper that sent me on a scavenger hunt. I went from outside, downstairs, upstairs and then ended in the Laundry room where this was a blue folder and in it there was a JOB OFFER LETTER! I knew that he has applied but had no idea that he had got a job. My emotions hit a little because this is what we had been hoping and praying for, to stay here close to our family. It also gives us the opportunity to settle and get another house. I have been looking for a long time at houses so I knew exactly what I wanted.

This is going to be our new home as of July of 2011. We are waiting to start it until Adam starts his job but we signed all the paperwork to get it started. We can't be more excited. Fall Creek has been so awesome so far and gave us some really good pricing. This is not our exact house but we should be getting our plans back this week! We are just adding a 12x24 covered patio on the back. We are so excited about that!! We had a great Christmas and New Year and are lookign forward to what this year has in store for us. We are so grateful for our AMAZING family!

2 Weeks

These are a few weeks late since he is going to be three weeks tomorrow! This little man is such a chunk already.
2 Weeks Stats:
8 lbs 13.5 oz and 21 1/2 inches long
I guess you could say he likes his milk!





























































We are just loving this little guy to pieces. He is such a good baby. We feel so blessed to have him in our family. Bridger is actually starting to talk with him a little. I was in getting ready and I could hear Bridger in the other room saying " Drayson it's ok don't cry." I peeked around the corner and he was holding his hand and rubbing his head, it was so cute.

























This is Drayson's cute little Christmas outfit that my mom got him. I love it! He looks so darn handsome in it. I hope we are ready for Christmas this year, it is going to be so fun with the little ones. We hope everyone has a safe Christmas.

Dear family and friends another year has come and gone so fast. I can’t believe that we are heading into 2011. Our family has been extremely blessed this year, we are so grateful to our Savior and Father in Heaven for helping us choose this path. Adam and I got to celebrate our 7^th anniversary November 1^st. I can’t believe that I have been married to this wonderful man for so long. On December 2^nd we added a new addition to our family, Drayson J Phillips. It is so nice to have such a new and sweet little spirit in our home. Here is an update on everyone in our family.

Adam- What a busy and exciting year this has been. I graduated from the Radiation safety program in May and landed a job a week after I was done with CWI. I am really enjoying what I do and the people that I work with. In October I hit the year mark form my accident. My recovery has gone really well, I am almost back to where I was. I still enjoy playing my Xbox when I get the time, having two kids limits the extra time that I have. I have had to switch some of my hobbies and recently picked up shooting, at the start of the summer I plan on competing at the shooting club. Due to the extra time that I have on the bus ride to work I have begun to read different series of books, thanks to my brother’s suggestions I am enjoying them. I look forward to this next year and spending extra time with my family and watching my two boys grow.

Genessa- Can I say what a year. I am still working at Dance Tech teaching two classes a week. I teach a cheerleading class and a toddler gymnastics class. It is so perfect for me because it still allows me to be a full time mom and earn a little extra money. I have really enjoyed working with all the kids that are in my classes. I am still really enjoying photography, I love capturing good pictures of my boys and doing family pictures every once and awhile. This summer I had the opportunity to serve as camp director and stay a week with 14 amazing girls. I was a little sad when it was over but then the bishop asked me if I wanted to serve as the 1^st counselor. It is a busy calling but I could not ask for a more fulfilling calling. I am really enjoying being a mom of two amazing boys. I can’t wait to see what this New Year has in store for us.

Bridger- I am getting ready to turn three in March; I have already started acting like I’m three. I love to go out to my grandpa’s farm to see the cows and the horses. I get away with almost anything at my grandparents houses and love spending time with them so much that I don’t like to leave. I am really enjoying Thomas the Train and Toy Story. I got a lot of trains this year thanks to potty training, I have been 99% since October and I have even started using the big potty all by myself. I can say all my ABC’s, colors, shapes, and get really excited to learn new things. I repeat everything that mom and dad say so they have to be careful! I start preschool this next fall and can’t wait to learn more. I recently got a new brother, I look at him sometimes but that’s all. I’m still really wild and keep anyone who is watching me really busy. I am looking forward to Christmas and seeing what Santa brought for me.

Drayson- I am almost three weeks old and growing so fast. I had my two week checkup and I have already gained over a pound since I was born. I love to eat! I am a really good baby and sleep most of the day. My mom loves to dress me and do my hair. I love being in the outside world and listening to my noisy brother.
